Scarborough Ladies Under-18s hosted high-flyers Elloughton Ladies at a rainswept Scarborough Sports Village.
The visitors took an early lead in the third minute, whilst Scarborough were still adjusting to the conditions.
The visitors doubled their advantage in the 13th minute and had control of the game.

Scarborough altered formation, pushing Emelie Watson out to the right wing and bringing Amelie Breckon more central.
The partnership worked, and a wonderfully weighted cross delivered by Watson found Breckon just inside the area who powered the ball into the Elloughton goal, bringing Scarborough back into the game in the 31st minute.
After the break, the heavy on and off showers continued as did chances for both teams.
Sadly for the home team, it was Elloughton Ladies who capitalised in the 79th minute to clinch all three points.
Emily McArthur was Boro’s girl of the game, but keeper Brooke Mason also deserves a mention as her numerous saves kept her side in the match.
